On 21 February 2008, the “Berisha” government adopted the decision “On determining the contracting authority, for granting the Bënçë hydropower plant by concession, and approving the bonus in the competitive selection procedure, to be granted to the company “Ferar Energy””. To obtain this concession, a decision was first taken that the company Ferar shpk, as a result of a merger with another company, would take the name “Ferar Energy” sh.p...
