What happened to the recommendation process By BLEDAR HOTI Twenty-two amend- ments from foreign bodies for the draft law “On the organization of the administrative courts and the adjudication of ad- ministrative disputes” are revealed. EURALIUS, US- AID, the Mission and OSCE Corporation and OSCE, on 30 March of this year, deposited with Parliament, more specifically with the parliamentary Committee on Laws, a draft with 22 objections to the bill before it was put to the vote in the 29 September session.
