Full work in Parliament must be guaranteed The Commissioner for Enlargement in the European Commission, Stefan Fyle, has asked Prime Minister Sali Berisha to take responsibility for resolving the political deadlock in Albania. In a letter he sent on 24 September, Fyle writes to the head of the Albanian government that: “electoral reforms require cooperation in Parliament.
