EU: Foreign investors are leaving Albania

The European Commission’s Economic Directorate publishes a report on countries aspiring to join the Union Report: Foreign direct investment fell by 21 percent in the first half of the year. External debt rose by 3.5 billion euros, from 3.1 billion euros in the same period last year.
