To write down your troubles in complicated letters... Long sentences, with striking expressions, where within the pages you read the detailed problem, sometimes written by hand and in haste. There are hundreds of letters and only one address, the one directed to the country’s Prime Minister, Sali Berisha. The writers are various citizens from all regions of Albania. After knocking on the doors of bureaucrats and being shuttled back and forth, hope remains precisely in Prime Minister Berisha and the solution comes from him... The letters have two different addresses, one at the PD headquarters, in the organization office, where they are collected every day, and the other at the government headquarters where a special office functions only...
