With the good intention of remembering this anniversary, the coming into the world of this figure, we turned to Nasho Jorgaqi, one of the most thorough researchers of this figure. Jorgaqi, when asked about Noli, emphasizes that no mud should be thrown at him, as has been done in recent years. It seems that the researcher has been greatly troubled by what is being said here and there, openly and in whispers, about the scholar.
