The news is confirmed by diplomatic sources for Gazeta Shqiptare and it is expected that Rama will make this official this morning, when he meets with the senior EU official, Slovak diplomat Miroslav Lajčak, who arrived yesterday evening in Tirana at the head of a delegation sent by Baroness Catherine Ashton herself. ...
