The former communist president Ramiz Alia called yesterday on Albanians to go and vote on 8 May, for the best. Alia was a guest yesterday in Fier, at the inauguration ceremony of the bust of the first mayor who raised the flag in Fier, Tonçi Kilica. Kilica, as the first leader of this flag in 1912, a few hours after the flag was raised in Vlora in the same year.
