Drug consumption and production has increased in Albania. Yesterday the Narcotics Control Board (INCB) of the United Nations published its 2010 report, mentioning Albania as the country which, together with the Czech Republic and Denmark, has also increased its own drug consumption. The Board, based in Vienna, in the report signed by president Hamid Ghodse and rapporteurs Raymond Yans and Jonathan Lucas also made specific suggestions for measures that the Albanian government should take.
