It took a “thrown-away government portfolio” for one of the biggest oil-smuggling scandals in the country to be made public. Dritan Prifti reported to the prosecutor’s office not only names and facts, but even how sales were carried out using “virgin” oil, while tanker trucks carrying this kind of oil were ordered to unload at fuel stations.
