The vote-counting process for the 8 May elections could last two days, until 10 May. Although officially the voting process will close at 20:00, the vote count process may take more than 48 hours. This is what OSCE and ODIHR experts have forecast...

care by Admir Tafili seems to have helped him quite a bit in escaping handcuffs during those few weeks on the run, until he put his plan into action by executing the two Pjetrushi brothers, in revenge for the killing of his father, Bahri Tafili.

The name Shkëlqim Faqi, born in 1972 in Shirokë, seems to have been a well-chosen cover for Tafili, who managed to avoid capture quite easily on 18 March 2011, when RENEA special forces slapped handcuffs on him ten hours after he had ambushed and executed the two brothers, Gjovalin and Nikë Pjetrushi, in Grudë, in Malësia e Madhe.
