The cases, how courts will act and the procedures for appealing to the Government Land Commission By BLEDAR HOTI The government is postponing by another year and a half the implementation of the law for verifying title deeds for agricultural land. One month before the legal deadline expires, 7 July 2011, the government has submitted to Parliament a new draft, which provides for extending by more than one year this deadline for completing the verification of title deeds until 12 December 2012.
