Constitutional Court: Topi must respect the Parliament
The court sides with the PD appeal over the President’s selection of members

The Constitutional Court asks the Parliament and the President to cooperate and set criteria for selecting the members of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. In the decision taken yesterday by 7 votes in favor and 2 against, the Constitutional Court called for cooperation between the two institutions in selecting members of these two courts.
