The A1 and A1Z forms are now available and must be filled out by all candidates who completed high school in the country or abroad this year (A1) and before 2011 (A1Z) and who want to attend higher education. It must be completed in blue or black ink, in capital letters, and is considered valid only if it is filled out correctly and legibly. A1Z is submitted to the State Matura School Commission (KSHMSH) where the candidate completed school. In any other case, this form is submitted to the KSHMSH designated by the DAR/ZA.
