customs officers have arrived
at the point of used vehicles; it seems
they have been farsighted as far as
their valuation is concerned.
In order not to open up
abusive loopholes through the fictitious value
of car sale and purchase transactions,
in the relevant document,
for a few days now, customs officers have
received their reference prices.
So if the vehicle sale document
shows a lower value
than the real one, then the customs
officers refer to the reference prices.
All this has to do with

Ngjela’s book, “The Bowing Down
and Fall of the Albanian Tyranny 1957-
2010”. The reason for the comment
came from the fact that he is
mentioned as one of the people
whom dictator Enver Hoxha used
in the academic world to purge
exactly the intellectuals with
pro-European, pro-European thought.
Shehu replies that Ngjela’s book
is full of hallucinations and that this,
in fact, according to him, has to do
with his mental health. According to
him, in the 1960s and later, he
barely managed to continue his
medical studies,....
