The majority: We do not need the expertise of foreigners, the specialists behaved like monkeys By TEDI BLUSHI The Democratic deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee for Education and Public Information Media, Mark Marku, has exploded in accusations against the European Union and the OSCE regarding the remarks made by them about the draft law proposed by the majority, “On audio and audiovisual broadcasting in the Republic of Albania.” At the meeting of this committee, on 27 October, Marku stated, among other things, that as long as Albania is a sovereign state, no remark made by the EU and the OSCE should be taken into account. He even did not hesitate to describe the international specialists as monkeys. “Gazeta Shqiptare” today publishes in full the minutes of the 27.10.2011 meeting of the parliamentary media committee, where Democratic MP Marku openly voices his criticism of the European Union and the Office of the Presence in Tirana....
