The Democrats oppose the changes to the Constitution but are putting forward the new version for discussion, while reminding the chairman of the PS, Edi Rama, that the founding document of the state cannot be changed whenever he feels like it. In fact, one of the PD deputies, Mr. Dashnor Sula, says to “Gazeta Shqiptare” that in the event of a future compromise because of Rama’s pressure on the majority, he would personally vote against constitutional changes.
