The Ministry of Education and Science has published the lists of about 25,000 winners, while during today they will also be posted near each faculty. The list of winners for the 296 departments of the 12 public universities can also be found in full in today's pages of “Gazeta Shqiptare”. This is the preliminary list of winners, while the final list will be published on September 23. This is because, from this first stage of registration, which will begin on September 12-18, it is expected that around 3,000 young people will not show up, having been granted the right to study abroad...
