The property of hundreds of hectares claimed by the heirs of the Shallvari family, among them Judge Skerdilajd Konomi, who was executed in a mafia-style attack by the detonation of a large quantity of TNT, has been “frozen” by the Tirana Court. At the request of the heirs of the Toptani family, who claim the same property as Konomi, and in fact both families have filed complaints against each other with the prosecutor’s office for forgery of documents, the Tirana court has issued an order to all state institutions not to take any action regarding this property. Specifically, it concerns hundreds of hectares in the coastal area of Lalzi Bay, claimed by the heirs of both families.....
