The President of the Republic, Bamir Topi, does not exclude the possibility of running again for this post next year, but he remains committed to the idea of electing the head of state by popular vote. In an interview for “Top Story”, Mr. Topi analyzed the latest political situation in the country, while recalling the warning he made 3 years ago, that the constitutional changes would only tense the political situation in the country.
