In an approximately one-hour discussion, behind closed doors, members of the National Assembly proposed changes to the drafts presented. One of the proposals that sparked debate was the one by Erjon Braçe, who requested that at this stage, in the district-level PS there is a need for the creation of the party leadership, a forum that would be better positioned and would make more clear decisions. But this was opposed by Bashkim Fino, who described the creation of this structure as meaningless, at a time when in every branch of the party in the district the District Assembly functions perfectly well, a structure defined by the statute. In favor of Braçe’s proposal was Pandeli Majko, for whom this would be a solution, at a time when MPs are heavily burdened and cover much larger areas... Continues on pages 2-3
