Three days ago, the prosecutor’s office submitted for trial one of the case files that could without hesitation be described as the “hot potato” of Albanian justice. The 15-month investigation does not seem to have helped the prosecution at all in discovering the name of the person who ordered firearms to be used against the demonstrators in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, resulting in the killing of four of them. ...
