The increase will range from 2 to 5 percent depending on the different categories, while this decision will start to be taken into consideration as of 15 July. According to the decision, the highest increase is planned for doctors covering the central areas of Këshi, whose salary, from the current 52,835 lekë, will become 55,335 lekë. For doctors covering hilly areas, the salary rises from 63,335 lekë to 65,335 lekë, while doctors in mountainous areas, whose salary was 81,835, will become 83,335 new lekë.
