By VALENTINA MADANI The Democratic Party MP, Edi Paloka, in an interview given yesterday to “Gazeta Shqiptare” appeals for the need for changes in the government cabinet. Paloka, the year we left behind began with a prolonged political deadlock and ended with a consensus between the PD and the PS. Concretely, what is the political balance of 2011? The political balance of a year must be viewed from several angles, since it must include all the elements such as the work of the government, the work of the Parliament, the political parties and the relations among them, and all this must ultimately produce an overall result showing what impact these activities have on the development of the country and Albanian society. In short, I would say that the Albanian government managed to face the global crisis with success, being among the few countries in the world that recorded economic growth; Parliament, despite the boycott and destructive actions...
