The failure to implement the decision to release Ilir Xhakja by judge Neritan Tabaku is only the “tip of the iceberg” of negligence and abuse of duty by some judges of this justice institution. The inspection, started as early as September of this year on Tabaku’s files, has revealed that there is at least a large number of court files that have not been finalized by the judge after the trials were completed and have not been sent to the Court of Appeal. ...
