By 2015, the amount the state will use from the budget for pensions will be 25% higher than in 2011. According to government data, the amount that will be taken from the budget to subsidize pensions in 2015 will be 107 billion lek, approximately 1.1 billion dollars, compared with 85.2 billion (or around 860 million dollars) spent in 2012 for this purpose. In the official document “On the approval of the macroeconomic and fiscal framework for the 2013-2015 period” published by the Council of Ministers, it is specified that the state will increase each year by 5% to 6% the amount with which it subsidizes pensions. Thus, while in 2011 85.2 billion ... were used for this purpose
