By the time the ambulances reached the scene, the victims of the tragedy had already been under the care of the doctors at Durrës hospital for some time. Arben Xhakja, a member of the port security structure at “Romano Port”, tells “Gazeta Shqiptare” about the ship explosion. How did you experience the maritime incident?
