PS has decided, one year before the general elections of 2013, to clearly define the work of each of its secretaries. According to a document recently approved at the meeting of the National Assembly as well, each of the 9 secretaries has a work plan and a mission that they must fulfill within their mandate, but especially within this year. The main tasks, it seems, for the upcoming elections belong to the secretary for organization, the one for electoral issues, or also the one for human resources. Thus, it is noted that the duties of the secretary for human resources, a post held by Armando Subashi, also include identifying, selecting and appointing, according to the relevant procedures, electoral coordinators. It is also required that before the elections an electronic register be created with potential candidacies that may be engaged...
