Genc Ruli leaves Gjirokastër for Vlora By VALENTINA MADANI Three years after the establishment of the work groups in the country’s 12 districts, Prime Minister Sali Berisha has decided to change them because of several complaints from MPs, but also because of the PD’s affinities in different electoral areas. Sources close to him tell “Gazeta Shqiptare” that Mr. Berisha has decided to replace the head of the Vlora district group, currently the democratic deputy Astrit Patozi. It is understood that he will be sent to Berat instead of Genc Pollo, while the latter will be moved to another district, Gjirokastër, from which the other group head, Mr. Genc Ruli, will move to Vlora. The Prime Minister is also expected to move the heads of the Elbasan district groups, namely Arben Imami, to Durrës, who will in the meantime be there with the Minister of Justice, Eduart Halimi.
