The “21 January” file is made public. The prosecutor’s office submitted it three days later than the “hot press” for Albanian justice. The 15-month investigation does not seem to have helped the prosecution at all in uncovering the name of the person who ordered that weapons be fired at the demonstrators in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, resulting in the killing of four of them....
