International court: He was given a harsher sentence than the law provided The Strasbourg ruling forces payment of 6,000 dollars to the former boss of VEFA Through a decision taken yesterday, the Council of Ministers approved compensation of 8,000 euros for the former boss of the pyramid companies Vehbi Alimuçaj.
