The coded operation “Prona e Spostuar” for their arrest was carried out by the State Police in cooperation with the Specialized Task Force Unit, attached to the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office, which after extensive investigations has brought charges against the former officials of the Agency for “abuse of duty”, “forgery of documents” and “corruption”. Sources from the investigative group say that the arrested individuals, taking advantage of their positions, changed the destination of a land area of 79 thousand square meters located on the beach of Spille, property that had been returned to the heirs of the Jenishehri family.
