The two personalities were at the same moment in the telegraph offices of their cities. Aziz Vrioni (Berat): “We are here in panic and in great distress”. Aqif Biçaku (Elbasan): “Our situation has also worsened. Ohër and Struga fell (into the hands of the Serbian army - K.F.) From this it is understood that it will come here too.
