Lila declared that the 7-year-old Arsela Vladi had presented herself at the Pediatrics Ward on Tuesday with headache and vomiting, while even her mother did not know that the girl suffered from diabetes. According to her, the girl had shown the same complaints one year earlier, specifically in November 2011. The examination had been carried out by the neurologist, who had asked that two diagnostic tests be performed on the girl, but her mother, after receiving the test results...
