At the end of his speech, Prime Minister Berisha felt dizzy and left the podium immediately, going behind the stage, which was accompanied by a pause in the celebrations. While on the podium, he drank a lot of water, while later the doctors advised him to have a cup of coffee there where he stood in front of the improvised stage. Prime Minister Berisha was unable to finish his speech at the ceremony organized on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the founding of the PD, as he showed signs of weakness on the podium.
