Sources within the main socialist forum told “GSH” that MP Gjoni expressed dissatisfaction with the way the party leadership is trying to dictate the party base. The replacement of an organization chair in Unit No. 3 in the capital triggered a reaction from MP Ilir Gjoni. In his speech, he asked Rama and the party secretariat to trust the party base more and delegate power vertically. According to Gjoni, it is the socialists of Unit No. 3 themselves who should decide whom they want as organization chair and this should not be decided by the chairman.
