PS has decided, one year before the 2013 general elections, to clearly prepare the work of each of its secretaries. According to a document, recently approved also at the meeting of the National Assembly, each of the 9 secretaries has a work plan and a mission that must be fulfilled within his mandate, but especially within this year. The main tasks, since they concern the upcoming elections, belong to the secretary for organization, the one for electoral affairs, and also the one for human resources. Thus, it is noted that the task of the secretary for human resources, a post held by Armando Subashi, also includes the identification, selection, and appointment, following the relevant procedures, of electoral coordinators. Likewise, it is requested that before the elections an electronic register be created with potential candidacies that could be engaged...
