Genc Ruli leaves Gjirokastër for Vlora By VALENTINA MADANI Three years after setting up the working groups in the country’s 12 regions, Prime Minister Sali Berisha has decided to change them because of several complaints from MPs, as well as PD supporters in various electoral areas. Sources close to him tell “Gazeta Shqiptare” that Mr. Berisha has decided to replace the head of the Vlora regional group, currently the Democratic deputy chairman Astrit Patozi. It is learned that he will be sent in place of Genc Pollo in Berat, while the latter will be moved to another region, that of Gjirokastër, from where the other group leader, Mr. Genc Ruli, is being moved to Vlora. The Prime Minister is also expected to move the heads of the Elbasan regional groups, namely Arben Imami, to send him to Durrës, which meanwhile is with the Minister of Justice, Eduart Halimi. Berisha will also make changes in the northern districts, specifically in Kukës, from where MP Flamur Noka will be removed to transfer him ... Continues on pages 2-3
