Lila stated that 7-year-old Arsela Vladi had been brought to the Pediatric Ward on Tuesday with headaches and vomiting fever, while even her mother did not know that the girl suffered from diabetes. According to her, the girl had shown the same symptoms a year earlier, with findings in November 2011. The examination had been carried out by the neurologist, who had asked for diagnostic tests to be done on the girl, but her mother, after receiving the results of the ultrasound...
