Dusk has enveloped Tirana as much as the news that Rexhep Qosja has not been invited to the scientific conference for the 100th anniversary of Independence. This did not sound very intellectual, but there is someone who must definitely be asked. His opinion always carries weight and value, whether he does not speak often, or whether, when he does speak, he knows what he is saying and leaves no room for further discussion. He has always had the strength and clarity (which he still does not lack, even at an advanced age) to give mature opinions, above the fray, that give work the right direction and cast light on the truth through a large projector over the "head", so that even the blind can see it.
