The 35-year-old mother, Albana Josif, met her first husband outside the borders of the Albanian state. He was a Greek citizen, but unfortunately he passed away a few years after the marriage. Their life together gave her a son, whom she has decided to place in an orphanage in Greece. As the 35-year-old herself tells it, this is a decision that the little boy himself also accepted; he is now 9 years old. The crisis that has engulfed the neighboring country forced Albana to return home 7 months ago, a move that confronted her with many economic difficulties. This situation is one of the reasons that led the young mother to the decision to abandon her children, while she appealed to the home’s managers...
