Why do many experts in international law call the law “absurd,” and how is it used by certain Greek circles to the detriment of Albania? Prof. Dr. Rëshenon Krisafi, taking as a starting point the book by Prof. Arben Puto, “Italo-Greek War, dictators and quislings”, gives us the panorama of the law, from 1940 to the present day, and “its anomalies”. But he does not stop there.
