Deputy minister Nard Ndoka: I have not met him, he was the candidate of a phantom party created by Edi Rama Arben Frroku, the main suspect in the murder of commissioner Dritan Lamaj, turns out to be one of the parliamentary candidates of the Christian Democratic Party (PKD) for the Shkodër district. He published his electoral platform on the Facebook social network on 22 February 2013, two days before the murder of Commissioner Lamaj. “Gazeta Shqiptare” publishes today in full Frroku’s message addressed to the residents of the Shkodër district through the official PKD page on Facebook.
