Official sources from the Public Order director said that the serious incident occurred in the early hours of yesterday morning, on the 10th floor of an apartment building in the “29 Nëntori” neighborhood of the coastal city. It is learned that as a result of the powerful explosion of the explosive material, all apartment doors and the elevator were damaged, but fortunately there were no injuries.
