This is the chilling account of Ylle Ndreu, the wife of Besim (Xheku) Ndreu, who is accused of fatally stabbing Artur Gjiza with a knife over a debt of 100 euros. The family, who moved from the Dibër district to the Paskuqan area, has struggled to make a living. The head of the household, now behind bars, had been working as an emigrant in Greece and provided for his wife and three children. The perpetrator’s wife tells “Gazeta Shqiptare” what happened on 19 July, the day Artur Gjiza lost his life near Paskuqan.
