In Official Gazette no. 87, dated 24 May 2013, where the construction price values per square meter were first published, the table with the average sale prices is shown only with the names of the cities, districts and municipalities, while in the value column no number was entered. “In the Council of Ministers instruction no. 1, dated 8.5.2013, ‘On the approval of the average housing construction cost by the National Housing Entity, for the year 2013’ published in Official Gazette no. 87, dated 24 May, on page 3691, table no. 2 is replaced as follows,” reads the “correction of error” section of the Official Gazette.
