The Health Insurance Fund (former ISSH) has proposed removing the cap on the maximum salary, which means these people will pay contrib- utions based on the declared monthly salary. Everything is explained by the Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, who also makes it known that other changes have been proposed for self-employed people. It appears that they will benefit from a reduction in health insurance contri- butions, while in this inter- view, given to “Gazeta Shqiptare”, Beqaj explains in detail what will happen with the payment of these insur- ance contributions.
