THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE PUTS 14 OBJECTS UP FOR SALE IN AUGUST

While it has intensified the public property auctions for the month of August, the government has also put up for sale what remains from the pyramid firms: an apartment owned by the foundation “Demokracia Popullore Xhaferrì” and a hotel belonging to “VEFA” i.p.k. What stands out is the very low value at which the two objects have been put up for auction by the Directorate for the Administration and Sale of Public Property, a structure within the Ministry of Finance. The apartment of the “Xhaferrì” foundation, according to this directorate, is worth 569,124 lek; while the “VEFA” hotel is worth 341,280 lek. The apartment owned by the foundation “Demokracia Popullore Xhaferrì”, located in the center of Belsh in Elbasan, will be auctioned on 7 August, precisely at 11:00. In the auction explanatory material, the Directorate for the Administration and Sale of Public Property states that its area is 56.17 square meters, with a total value of 569,124 lek.
