The prosecution has charged businessman Arben Frroku, who was extradited in November from Greece By KLODIANA LALA The Serious Crimes Prosecution has secured the testimony of a person who is alleged to have seen businessman Arben Frroku in the car from which Dritan Lamaj was shot dead on the evening of February 24, 2013. The person, whose name cannot be made public for investigation reasons, has been taken under police protection and is considered a “justice witness.” He is expected to testify in the trial against Frroku. This protected witness claims that on the night of the घटना, he was together with his wife near the scene, where Arben Frroku’s brother was also present as a participant in the crime. The prosecution is extremely reserved in providing information because of concerns for the witness’s life. Meanwhile, Mark Frroku, MP of the Christian Democratic Party, told “GSH” that the witness in question has been manipulated by the prosecution and that they have strong evidence of his brother Arben Frroku’s innocence.
