“Vote buying”, Basha: A strong protest

Prime Minister Edi Rama: We were not elected to please the opposition The PD chairman: Rally on Monday in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, they have killed our democracy The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, denounced yesterday on “Opinion” the buying of votes in Korça, while warning that the Socialist majority is preparing a system for stealing votes in the upcoming elections as well. In front of a panel of journalists, Mr. Basha announced the start of the strongest protest on Monday at 14:00, from the PD headquarters toward the Prime Minister’s Office, to stop the violation of Albanians’ votes. Mr. Basha today in Parliament was distributing “money” and what we see in the TV report are the banknotes distributed by the PD... We did not distribute them. We sent them to you by e-mail. Don’t you wish this success, Mr. Rama, as it is on the banknotes? He doesn’t stand a chance, but that is a decision that is not mine to make.
